We aim to provide 100% authentic Muuchstac products and a smooth shopping experience.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

✔ You received a wrong product
✔ The product is damaged, broken, or leaking upon delivery
✔ You received a defective item
✔ The product is expired
✔ The packaging is severely damaged

To be eligible:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless the issue is damage/leakage from courier handling)

  • Proof is required: clear photo/video of the product & package


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

✘ Used products
✘ Opened skincare or grooming items
✘ Products without original packaging
✘ Items purchased during special flash sales (unless damaged)
✘ Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality


3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, you can choose:

✔ Replacement Product

We will send a new product without additional delivery charges.

✔ Refund to Mobile Banking

Refunds are issued via:

  • bKash

  • Nagad

  • Rocket

  • Bank Transfer (if applicable)

Refund Time:
2–5 working days after product verification.


4. Return & Replacement Conditions

To complete your return:

  • Keep the courier packet until your issue is resolved

  • Provide a video while unboxing (recommended for faster approval)

  • The courier charge may apply if the customer changed their mind

  • If the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged product), we cover the full return shipping cost


5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

✔ Before it is shipped — Free cancellation
✔ After shipment — Courier charge must be paid by the customer

If you refuse to receive the parcel at delivery without a valid reason, future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be restricted.


6. Damaged or Defective Product Policy

If your product arrives damaged, broken, leaked, or defective:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours

  • Provide photos and/or video

  • We will replace the item or offer a refund

We take full responsibility for issues caused during packaging or shipping.
